EMS sculpting uses targeted electromagnetic energy to stimulate powerful muscle contractions. These contractions go beyond what you can achieve through regular workouts, helping to build muscle tone and support fat reduction in specific areas. Treatable areas with our machine include: abdomen, buttocks or thighs. NB. We do not treat arms or calves.

The treatment is quick, requires no downtime, and feels like an intense workout without the strain on your joints. A 30 min session is equivalent to approx. 20,000 crunches or squats! It is ideal for clients looking to enhance muscle definition, improve core strength, and achieve a more sculpted appearance without surgery.

❗IMPORTANT❗Please note this treatment takes some commitment to achieve optimal results - we recommend 4-6 sessions, scheduled 2-3 times per week. Most people notice visible changes after 3-4 sessions with full results appearing 6 weeks after completing the full course of treatments. To maintain results, we recommend a follow up session once a month.

Pricing refers to 3 x sessions of any one area using TWO (2) applicators. This is because most areas will require 2 applicators, except for the abdomen which may only need 1 applicator. We can discuss this during your consultation and adjust the pricing if necessary.

Fat freezing is designed to target and reduce stubborn fat areas that don’t respond to diet or exercise. Using controlled cooling technology, fat cells are safely frozen, broken down, and naturally eliminated by the body over time. With no needles and minimal downtime, fat freezing offers a convenient way to achieve a more sculpted and defined appearance.
